The Queen Barbz, @NickiMinaj, has been named the newest spokesperson for the 2012 VIV GLAM campaign that raises money for MAC’s AIDS Fund. The campaign launches February 2012. Nicki Minaj tweeted earlier about already shooting with David laChapelle in Miami with Ricky Martin for the campaign. The funny thing about this whole thing is that Ricky Martin was also named a representative. I know Ricky Martin is gay and everything but why would he be named a spokesperson for a female make up line?
The VIVA GLAM campaign is an awesome thing though. 100% of the sales go to fight HIV/AIDS and have raised $224 million in sales to date. I soooo can’t wait for the release of the pictures from the Nicki and Ricky photoshoot though! Ahhhhh.
