Nas Performance At Ricochet Art Basel [Video]

@The305 Got the scoop on the @Nas performance at Ricochet.

So last night, NAS took to Art Basel once again to perform and put on an amazing show at Ricochet Lounge for the Music Loves Art event in Midtown Miami. I want to definitely send a thank you to McDonalds for sponsoring me and The305.com to be able to cover the show. Big Macs and Snack Wraps, which was the perfect food for a late night party, were being served by wonderful waitresses all night. And as far as the performance, NAS most definitely lived up to his reputation and put on amazing show.

He started everything off with “New York State Of Mind”, along with a couple other Illmaticselections. He also did “If I Ruled The World”, “Hate Me Now”, and closed off the show with a very percussion-driven rendition of “One Mic”. But the highlight of the show was most definitely Nas’ on-stage painting session where a quick and random piece he painted during his show, was sold for $14,000 for the sake of charity. All in all, it was just an amazing show. Shouts out to Angel Ocean of Dangerflow who was also in the building, along with photographer David Cabrera. Video below and more pics at the305.com
