After Obama voiced his support on gay marriage, it’s become an even more hot topic for discussion. After announcing his big tour in Philly, Jay-Z was asked by CNN on his views in regards to the issue:

“I’ve always thought it as something that was still, um, holding the country back. What people do in their own homes is their business and you can choose to love whoever you love. That’s their business. [It] is no different than discriminating against blacks. It’s discrimination plain and simple.”

NFL Star Joe Haden Goes To Prom With A Student Whose Date Canceled

Where was @JoeHaden23 when my ass got stood up for my senior prom?! Joyce Grendel’s date cancelled on her last minute to the senior prom, so what does she do? She tweeted Joe Haden of the Cleveland Browns asking him if he’d be her date. I don’t know if it was a strategic move via his PR or if he just really wanted to be nice but the point was that he said “yes”! Not only was she probably the only senior to pull up in a Lambo but I know for a fact that she was the only girl in history to have had a NFL star as her senior prom date. I bet her date that cancelled on her felt shitty as hell when he saw her pull up with Joe Haden.
